Dr. McNulty joined the C-OATS office in early 2023 following nearly two decades as a leader in the Special Services department in the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District in Katonah, NY. An innovator in her field, Dr. McNulty has nearly 20 years of expert collaboration with children, parents, administration, private treatment providers, teachers, and other special education providers including clinicians to develop appropriate support for students.

Throughout her tenure in Katonah-Lewisboro, Dr. McNulty was responsible for elevating, shaping, and leading the Special Education department for over 600 students with disabilities. She held various roles including Special Education Supervisor and School Psychologist and Chairperson. Most recently, as the Director of Special Services, Dr. McNulty oversaw the Office of Services, where she managed personnel and student programming and developed individualized educational plans for students.

As both a Doctor of School Psychology and the mom of three school-aged children, Dr. McNulty has a passion for helping children thrive, both in and out of the classroom. She can expertly help families navigate the often complex world of education, while providing compassionate and skillful clinical support.
