Dr. Catherine McNulty is a dedicated member of the Connecticut OCD, Anxiety, & Tic Specialists team, bringing with her nearly two decades of experience in the field of child psychology. Dr. McNulty specializes in treating children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and tic disorders, as well as providing psychoeducational assessments and individualized education programs (IEPs). She is actively involved in evaluating and treating patients, focusing on individualized, evidence-based strategies designed to meet specific therapeutic goals.

Before joining our practice, Dr. McNulty was a leader in the Special Services department at the Katonah-Lewisboro Union Free School District in Katonah, NY, where she spent nearly 20 years in collaboration with children, parents, administration, private treatment providers, teachers, and other special education providers including clinicians to develop appropriate support for students. In her various roles, including Special Education Supervisor and Director of Special Services, she was responsible for developing individualized educational plans, overseeing therapeutic programs, and managing a team of over 75 professionals dedicated to supporting students with disabilities.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. McNulty has a passion for helping families navigate the complexities of education and mental health.
